On Wednesday evening of last week, our junior footballers made the short journey to nearby Shanballymore where they lost to the home side in the Division 2 football league, on the score 0-8 to 1-18.

Our Intermediate footballers go into championship action this weekend, when they play Glenville at Castlelyons at 2.30 p.m. We wish team and management the best of luck.

Great progress was made in the past week on the new spectator stand, with the roof having been completed.
LOTTO
The Club lotto jackpot of €10,200 was not won when the fortnightly draw was held at Walsh’s Corner House, last Saturday night. The numbers drawn were: 6,11,17 and 20. Three lucky dip winners of €50 each were:
