A good week for our teams. Four games and four wins. It began on Tuesday night when, with home advantage, our Intermediate footballers defeated Kinsale in the Division 4 football league on the score 0-13 to 0-5. On Friday night, again at the home venue, our Junior B hurlers scored a 0-11 to 1-2 win over Ballyhooly in the Division 3 league. On Sunday, afternoon, our Intermediate hurlers opened their Division 2 league with a deserved 0-18 to 0-13 win over Castlemartyr, at the latter’s venue. Then last Monday night the minor B 1 footballers defeated Castlelyons in the league, also at home. The final score here was Kildorrery 1-12 Castlelyons 2-7.

Saturday March 18 th . Under 21B Football Championship V Doneraile at Shanballymore 4.p.m.



The next draw in the Club lotto will be held at Sheahan’s Hilltop Lounge, this Saturday night, when the Jackpot will be €9,200.



The Club’s fund-raising raffle for the Limousin Heifer, Vendeen Sheep and tonne of Feed will be held at 8 p.m. on next Monday and will be followed by the usual weekly club meeting. 



Best wishes for a speedy recovery are extended to Club stalwart Barry O’Connor, who is indisposed at present.
