Congratulations to both Cork Under 20 teams. The hurlers captained by our own James Keating and Ian Butler sub goalie, when they defeated Kilkenny in the All-Ireland semi-final and qualified to play Tipperary in the All-Ireland final on August 24th. We wish them the best of luck.  Cork, of course, defeated Dublin in the All-Ireland Football final last Saturday and Man of the Match was Mitchelstown’s Cathal O’Mahony. Congratulations Cathal.  Also on the backroom team with the hurlers were Jason Walsh and Barry Young while Charlie McCarthy was part of the Football set-up. Of course, the ladies kept the Cork flags flying with the Minor footballers defeating Monaghan in the All-Ireland final, last Monday. Congrats to Aine Keating and Sally McCarthy who were on the panel. Well done to all!
