LOTTO

The new jackpot of €1,000 was not won when the Club’s fortnightly lotto draw took place at Ollie’s  Bar, last Saturday night. The numbers drawn were: 7, 17, 20 & 21. Three lucky dip winners of €50 each were:   1. Denis Moroney, Oaklawn. 2. Eddie Roche Scart. 3. Caitriona Noonan, Castletownroche. Next draw at Walsh’s Corner House on Saturday August 3rd. when the jackpot will be €1,200.

 

CORK LADIES WIN

Congratulations to local girls Sally McCarthy and Aine Keating who were part of the Cork Ladies Minor Football team which defeated Galway in the All-Ireland semi-final, at Nenagh last Sunday. We wish them the best of luck when they play Monaghan in the final on Monday August 5th.

WEDDING BELLS

RETIRED

We extend best wishes for a long and happy retirement to our Club’s Assistant Treasurer, Barry O’Connor, who retired from Dairygold last weekend.
