KILDORRERY 0-6.  GRENAGH 1-8.

With a number of regulars unavailable, it was a somewhat depleted Kildorrery intermediate football team that travelled to Grenagh, last Sunday for their opening Division 4 league game, with the local side. Despite the best efforts of our boys, they had to give second best to a strong home side, that ran out deserving winners on the above score.

Team and scorers:  Liam Kelly, Sean Kelly, Luke O’Baoill, Liam McGrath, Fintan Daly, Jerry McCarthy, Willie Coffey, Cormac O’Baoill 0-1, Dylan Kent, Jamie O’Gorman 0-1, Finbarr Stapleton 0-1f, James O’Sullivan 0-1, Paddy Hartnett, Sean O’Sullivan 0-2(0-1f), David Harrington.  Subs used.  Michael Caplice, Billy Hedigan, James Fox.

On Sunday next they are at home to City side, Na Piarsaigh at 1 p.m. in the league.
