Coaching follow up
Good morning. Over the last number of weeks the club coaching working group in conjunction with Eibhear O Dea (Facilitator and author of limericks successful GAA roadmap paper 2008 Lifting the treaty )have gone about reviewing our coaching frameworks and action plan for 2024 and beyond. The plan takes into account our coaching culture, our coaching support frameworks and the values we wish to bring through our teams as well as much more…. The action plan itself builds on the many positive elements that exist within the club and highlights more areas for development. One of the recommendations from the coaching action plan is that we develop a coaching committee within the club to support the coaching conversation and the club appointed coaching officer Eamonn O Connor . Over the next few days we will advise on those members of the coaching committee.
The pitch while still repairing will be closed until the end of February at least and we will review at that time.
The club would like to express its sympathies to the Magner family on the passing of Jamesie late of Kilavullen.
The club would also like to pass sympathy to Bill and Jack Howard and families on the death of their brother Paddy in Fermoy. To the Mceldowney and young families as well as the Murphy and Whelan family on the passing of Fiona Ballynamona Shanballymore.
