Junior footballers fall to Ballinora

Our junior footballers lined out against Ballinora in this county quarter final recently. The Half time score in Pairc ui Chaoimh read Kildorrery four points to Ballinora’s two points. We were aided by a strong breeze in the first half but failed to convert some key chances that would have helped the cause. Ballinora emerged in the second half and goaled early to take the lead. This was a lead they never lost and they were able to maintain a health scoring ratio throughout the half running out eventual winners on a score line of Kildorrery five points ballinora three goals and ten points. Hard luck to the boys. We are immensely proud of the fact that you captured the north cork title which is something to celebrate. Well done to everybody involved. See Paddy Ryans notes also on Match.
