Junior Ladies FB League

Our junior football ladies were out in the North Cork Football league on Sunday against Mitchelstown.

This was a very closely contested game and the first time for both sides to meet after combined team Funcheon Gaels disbanded this year.

We were missing a number of our experienced girls thru injury & exams. Great credit due to our young 14/15 year olds who stepped up to the plate & left very little between the sides. Mitchelstown took the win on this occasion by a narrow 2 point lead.

Juveniles News

Our U16 had a super victory over Doneraile in the D3 Hurling league on Sunday last. With only a few of these boys up to the age …..a great future ahead!

Our U14 football girls had a very convincing win over Castlemagnier on Sunday in the third round of the North Cork D2 football league. Well done girls.
