Happy Christmas to all. Best wishes for 2025

The club would like to wish all our members and supporters a very happy Christmas. We would especially like to remember all those who have passed this year including our former president and GAA stalwart Tommy Dunne.

We would like to thank all sincerely for their ongoing presence all throughout the year. There is no doubt, but this club is moving in the right direction, but does not function without all of our much valued volunteers. Together in 2024 we have continued to come together to drive the future success of the club for those with us and those who are coming after us. There have been many achievements and milestones reached this year both on and off the field and can also be summarised with some examples like the juvenile and adult social and the wonderful commemoration night enjoyed by all. Thank you to Dave Tracey and their respective teams for their support with the socials which are hugely symbolic as they bring the club together to celebrate our people and our success!! Best wishes to Thomas and James who take over as the chairs of the ladies and juvenile clubs, respectively. The work did not stop all year! As a club of volunteers, we are relentless and improvements and enhancements we wish to make in 2025 and that will give the club a further impetus to improve its facilities and be a place that people wish to come to.

The club is in a very envious position right now, with all the talented members in different areas, the care and passion shown for each member, from the youngest to the oldest and making sure everyone is involved in everything we do as one. A testament to our success and collaboration can be borne out by the successful efforts so far made in relation to developing the Astro pitch. We must continue now to see the job done and it is incumbent upon all of us to do that.

In 2025 We can continue to do the simple things right like coming together and working to progress the lot of the club. Thank you to all.
