U12 Hurling Challenge

Kildorrery and Effin under 12’s played out a highly entertaining game of hurling at Kildorrery on Saturday morning, with Kildorrery winning by a margin of two points. Effin started strong and were 2-1 to 0-1 up after 10 minutes. However Kildorrery rallied well and fought back to lead by a point at half time. In the second half Kildorrery edged it out in this strongly contested match. Kildorrery showed great teamwork with moments of individual skill in a match where every player had to work hard. Well done to both teams! Final score: Kildorrery 5-8, Effin 6-3.
